Hi, I’m Jacque - a licensed esthetician and the face behind SKINtelligence, a private, home-based facial studio in Lititz, PA. I created SKINtelligence with a simple philosophy: skincare should be personal, never one-size-fits-all. Every appointment is one-on-one, unrushed, and thoughtfully customized around you and what your skin needs that day. I love combining results-driven treatments, professional and advanced Korean skincare, and plenty of relaxation to create an experience that feels just as good as the results. I’m passionate about helping my clients understand their skin, build a home routine that actually works for them, and feel confident in the skin they’re in. Outside of the studio, I love spending time with my husband and our two children, getting together with our extended family, and hanging out with our two dogs. We also love trying new restaurants around town whenever we get the chance. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At SKINtelligence LLC, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because I operate by appointment, cancellations and missed appointments directly impact my ability to accommodate other clients. I kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that life happens - kids get sick, schedules change, and sometimes things are simply out of our control. If something comes up, please reach out to me. I’m human too, and I will always do my best to work with you when I can. At the same time, this is my livelihood, and last-minute cancellations often leave me unable to fill the appointment time I reserved specifically for you. Because of this, one late cancellation or reschedule will be allowed as a one-time courtesy. After your one-time courtesy has been used, any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the price of the service you were scheduled for. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking another appointment. By scheduling an appointment with SKINtelligence LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
